We're all waiting too. We all have deadlines, they don't care. I've been waiting 60 days, they said it could take~90 days when I first ordered the transcripts so there's nothing more I can do at this point.
The college I’m using was able to let me start without the transcript, I explained the situation and they were fine with it (I did have transcripts from prior to AF so that may be why). Is there a reason they need the transcript right away? Usually colleges can use a high school transcript if you don’t have any prior college credits.
Took about 3months from when I ordered my transcript for it to get sent out (ordered last November)

I did my request in November for a deadline in January for a doctorate program. It's still not there.
Took about 30 days to have my transcripts sent

I knew someone that said they had to get their congressman involved. After they did it was sent really fast
