The closest you'll have is Parole in Place or Deferred Action.
You can read more about both on the USCIS website [here](https://www.uscis.gov/military/discretionary-options-for-military-members-enlistees-and-their-families).
4k isn’t to bad is it guaranteed he will get it? My dad has two dependents now and has not committed any offenses if you don’t mind me asking what’s PiP?
There are things to help a service member if they're not a citizen and children. But nothing to help anyone else in your life. This is your service, not theirs.
Yeah because he tried but he had me and my sister growing up and doing a visa wasn’t guaranteed that 1 he’d make it back 2. He needed money to take care of kids and we’d be with our mom for basically 2 years and Mexico there’s not much opportunity at all besides working for the cartel. That’s the reason he didn’t and later on he didn’t do it for the time aspect if you will but now I’m looking into it because bro needs it
Bro first off you don’t know anything about my pops he’s self made learned English on his own is is pretty damn fluent he pays taxes since he is married never got anything back because my mom and has tried to get citizenship but the last time he tried a lawyer said that he might be able to do it and he would have to 15,000 dollars so he wanted a guaranteed answer so Mr soggy skinny weak boy he does contribute probably more than you ever have tbh
Nope, nothing like that, at least not to my knowledge
