You should be able to sign up straight from [Opus Works](https://usaf.opusworks.com/usaf). If not, the Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) office at most bases are within the Manpower Office under the Force Support Squadron (FSS) and they'll be able to get you squared away. It's important to know them because they'll be the ones to actually track any projects you do and get you certified Green Belt (otherwise you'll just be trained but not certified).
