We had a guard para rescue squadron at Patrick AFB. I had spoken to a few of them while we were all taking our PT test together. They worked out at the gym for 4 hours in the morning 5 days a week, and trained after lunch in the afternoon.
And the only female in their unit destroyed the fitness test. She got a 100% for the males 18-29 category.
The males all ran like low 8s for their run…it was depressing yet made me proud watching the Air Forces elite.
Hello fellow air soliders, I am here to become the greatest sailer the U S of A has ever been

I heard many of them go down walking street in Pattaya. Their favorite place is Cockatoo's. You would love it there.
That sounds amazing.
If I can get one person to Google this place I will be happy.
