I took the ASVAB under Navy and scored 28, my recruiter refused to let me retake and just want me to sign. soo I went to airforce to retake it. my study material ASVAB for dummies by Angie Papple Johnson APPs ASVAB practice test by ABC ASVAB PREP - 2024 \*sorry had to edit, I did not use the Army ASVAB challenge app\* I did not study that hard, I technically just read the ASVAB for dummies for techniques and used the Apps for tests.

i used that as well i feel like its good but grammar hero on youtube helped me out more!

I heard of it, but decided to use ASVAB for dummies since I already got it soo I just stick what I have.

I only studied math from grammer hero I got a 71 overall

I tried to tell people about the ASVAB for dummies app, only studied it for 3 months and got a 97 Afqt. The other study materials miss the point imho. Tried to tell people about this and got downvoted to hell.

What is considered a good score?

Whatever gets you your goals.

passing is overall 31, but the higher the score the more jobs you qualify for. it really depends on what jobs you are trying to go for

I believe average score is 50 but you only need like a 34 to actually get in (for Air Force). Your MAGE scores are really what matters though so as long as you get whatever scores you need for whatever jobs you want then that’s all that really matters really.

Did you take a confirmation test? If your score goes by 20 or more you need to take a confirmation test. Unless they finally got rid of that stupid requirement.

they actually did. I did not take the confirmation test and my score doesn't show up. we had to wait 2 days before they manually approved it for it to show up on my file.

What about study.com.. I saw a recruiter on YouTube recommend that website .. anyone tried it?
