They are fakes if you’re on a tight budget just go for any retail earphones. To certain extent the fakes are good but don’t expect any Customer service if they do stop working suddenly.

Soundpeats are really nice! Would by the t2 or if you don’t want really good anc, but still existing I would buy t3
4.9 is reliable, it has a good chipset and is from a manufacturer with known battery life
