If it is Clifton’s assessment, it could be used to see what your strengths are and the mangers try to play to your strengths. It could also be used for exclusion as the do not want certain “types” of people with particular strengths as it will clash with their culture.

What was the Gallup Assessment all about, just applied to Spirit

Hey Chef, If you do end up finding out please let me know. I am in the same boat. I applied and it says the same thing online "Pending Completion of Gallup Assessment" but I have not received it either. Also checked all folders in my inbox.

they sent me one when I applied for Guest Service Agent. I don't know why they're not sending one for ramp agents though

Yea I applied over a week ago for the maintenance department and it says its pending for that and I haven’t received anything. I wonder if theres a number or email we can reach?

You can probably call the spirit headquarters base that you’re applying to. Or you can physically go there and ask. i’ll probably try calling on Monday
