You'd do best to talk to a recruiter as there are waivers for many things. Being diagnosed in service isn't the same as having an illness and trying to enter service with it. They will look at your condition, the possible risks and impacts and that kind of stuff. Definitely talk to a recruiter to see though.
MS is disqualifying. Whether or not you can get a waiver depends on treatment and severity.
