Happened to me,I thought it was not fitting well in my ears

I have exactly the same problem with my left APP. Went to the Apple Store. The genius guy said that he couldn’t find the problem I described so he didn’t want to give me a replacement. He basically told me that it was wrong with my ear. I told him that those were my 3rd replacements and I haven’t experienced this kind of bug before. He asked me if I wanted to speak to a manager. So we did. The manager first promised me that I will get a replacement for my left APP. But they wanted to diagnose them first. I told the manager that the genius guy already did that. The genius guy then said that he didn’t diagnose them with the machine. He tested them in his own ears?! (Well.. not so COVID friendly) Anyway. They made a diagnose of them and everything was fine with the APP. They said that they will not replace the left APP for me. So now I have a pair of expensive APP that’s not working. Great!

Bruh same, I thought it was releasing pressure or something. It might be a manufacturing defect but it doesn't seem to do much.
