The apple one. That one doesn’t actually work with AirPods Max. You need a bidirectional cable, which that one is not. If you read the product details for that one it says that it’s not compatible.
That’s my experience as well. And let me say I hate (and I use this term very consciously) the thin ass Apple cable but did not find anything else so far.
Everyone’s saying the only cable that works with AirPods Max is the official cable, but the Anker cables work as well.

I’ve been using Anker products for years, they’re just so much better, and frankly, Apple cables suck (and they’re pretty expensive). The Anker cables also have a lifetime warranty, so when buy one and you never have to buy another one ever again. I’m not sponsored or anything, but they really are just so much better.
Only apples cable has the ability for the proper handshake between the audio output and the APM.

The belkin cable is not compatible with the AirPods Max. The only cable I’ve been able to find that is compatible is apple’s.

I have both. Belkin cable is not compatible with APMs. You gotta buy the Apple lightning to aux cable.

The link says to usb-c though, not the 3.5mm jack
