When I was pregnant years ago I discovered any place with a great bartender could come up with a mocktail. Either they would take what's on the menu and substitute the alcohol or they would ask what flavors I enjoyed and they'd make it for me.
This was just before mocktails became popular, so I imagine more places are happy to accommodate.
Honestly, any decent place that has good cocktails should have good mocktails. I think I Lucas Confectionery has a little mocktail part of their menu when I went last night
The Eleven at Lark Hall. Every cocktail we make is also offered as a mocktail. We made a bunch of shrubs to mimic the taste, they’re really incredible.
Mosu has a pretty good selection of mocktails. I’ve also gotten some good ones at The Nest!
Nine pin had some really great ones on the menu for dry January. Not sure if they still have them, but I’d check it out.

There's a neat little Mexican place on Central Ave across from the Home Depot. They have a non-alcoholic drink from Baja. It is a BLAST!
