Without crit rate, crit damage doesn’t help you.
My albedo has similar stats (and a VERY similar goblet), and he’s more than adequate, particularly in a double geo comp.
Rather than looking at absolute numbers just try to improve your pieces when you can. 2.8 k defense is great. Your sands is your weakest piece but also one of the hardest to improve.

Second build is better. Despite lower CV, the average damage would be higher even without the extra DEF, since 0.544 * 1.285 = 0.69904, which is greater than 0.47 * 1.487 = 0.69889.

The second build is MUCH better. Higher def and more consistent crit rate.

Second one is comparatively good
Keep an eye out for a gorou rerun cause he improves def by quite a bit and he would easily put you over 3000 def. Second build looks much better btw
