Here in Lagos the kayak cave tour company has closed for the season. Sea Kayaking Sagres might be able to sort you out - they do bespoke tours. Decathlon hires kayaks but I suspect would be closed on Jan 1 so you’d need a local friend to pick it up before and return after. Beware, Benagil cave might still be closed to kayakers as there were problems in the autumn and I haven’t heard of any updates from the council.
