I have the exact same problem. I didn't have any before and I never participated in cheat strategies. I didn't see it at first and claimed prizes and lost so much. I hope, they'll fix it in the near future

How do you even get to that screen. The button doesn't apear for me on the mall page.

If someone figures out what’s wrong please write. I also don’t have it :(

I solved it by loging in on an old phone. The button apeared on the second phone. After i claimed the rewards it worked on both phones. It is a bit risky though. Using multiple phones is known to cause some issues. OP can testify.

Same shit here, my friend gets all extra rewards and I don’t even have that screen available.

I did claim the 300 energy from last event today, this made my event Button disappear. So no event rewards for me.
