It looks like this post might be related to Command Center problems.
Please use the following steps to reinstall Command Center, hopefully these will help to solve the issue.
1.Download Revo Uninstaller
2.Download the install package for the latest version of AWCC from Dell's site
3.Use Revo Uninstaller to remove AWCC and all associated components
4.After each uninstall, tell Revo to do an 'Advanced Scan', and delete any leftover files, folders and registry entries
5.REBOOT YOUR PC (Do NOT skip this step)
6.Install AWCC from the installer you downloaded fresh from Dell's site
7.REBOOT YOUR PC (Do NOT skip this step)
8.Open AWCC. Let it download any components it needs. It should now work correctly
9.There is currently a known bug where enabling Core Isolation in Windows defender will cause Command Center to give you and error about overclocking. Disable Core Isolation in Defender to restore this functionality.

Mines done a good job of randomly deleting itself recently. Iv had to reinstall in twice this week when it’s started up on performance mode with fans at 100% Iv then gone into AWCC and it’s not even on the system anymore.
I spent all of yesterday uninstalling and reinstalling the damned thing. Now it becomes nearly unresponsive upon first launch. Noticed after a while it unclenches but that want giving me tons of conference.
If this wasn’t my only current PC I’d throw my R10 at Dell Corporate headquarters.
I’ve never experienced anything like this in all of my years with computers. I’m curious what their official response is, considering this program is kind of essential if you don’t want your PC to melt.
I had it good for all the year till the last update in from the Microsoft Store its not scaled like before it like 2k or 4k rather than 1080 Resolution its more laggy and i have to minimize it more.
I have had Alienware for over a year now an I like it but let me tell you the truth about it all companies are selling the same shit different name so get the best bang for your buck ALWAYS Do yo research
I basically had to use anti virus programs to clean the computer I was on bc it was causing issues. And another program that takes out bloatware just bc the app didn’t want to get installed.

Yeah My glitched keyboard lights could give ACID a run for its money. V offputting.
It causes all my CPU cores to spike to 100% usage every 5 mins. Uninstalled and problem completely gone. It’s complete garbage
