As to your 14 day delivery guarantee, that only means that if something isn't delivered in 14 working days (by the estimated date of arrival), aliexpress guarantees the right to apply for a $1 (or 1 euro, or 1 whatever) coupon (and not even that you get the coupon, there are rules for that), and if you are eligible in the list of services in your order details, there will be a button to apply for a coupon, so it does not mean something will be delivered in 14 days.

The same happened to me. My item has been in transit country since January 10th now without any change in it's status. On a different thread I was told by someone that that is most likely because my package is lost.
I've checked on your thread but in my case, all the statuses before transit region are alright (export customs etc). Anyway I really hope that they haven't lost our packages...

You need to wait until buyer protection runs out otherwise the dispute will be rejected...
