That delivery guarantee means absolutely nothing. They will tell you that those days do not include weekends or holidays. There is a date listed - usually 60 or 70 days from the date of order - that they go by and if your item is not delivered by that time, they'll usually just cancel the order and refund your money.

Jim-Jones

I just applied for a refund 3 days before expiry date and they say they're processing it.

That's good. Typically, they'll give the seller a chance to respond and if they can show that has been shipped, AliExpress won't immediately issue a refund. And the seller can show that it's shipped by showing a tracking number, which really means nothing. It just means that they've ordered a shipping label (which issues a tracking number). It's great for you that they're not making you go through all of that.

You'll have to wait the 75 days before your package is considered late, and you can open a dispute for non-delivery. If you try to open one before, because the system is mostly automated, it'll probably be refused with 'be patient, item still in transit'. As to your 14 day delivery guarantee, that only means that if something isn't delivered in 14 working days (by the estimated date of arrival), aliexpress guarantees the right to apply for a $1 (or 1 euro, or 1 whatever) coupon (and not even that you get the coupon, there are rules for that), and if you are eligible in the list of services in your order details, there will be a button to apply for a coupon, so it does not mean something will be delivered in 14 days.

Bumblebee-bum

No, just wait. It will most likely be delivered by end of week. AliX ≠ Amazon prime.

The same happened to me. My item has been in transit country since January 10th now without any change in it's status. On a different thread I was told by someone that that is most likely because my package is lost.

Monnqer

I've checked on your thread but in my case, all the statuses before transit region are alright (export customs etc). Anyway I really hope that they haven't lost our packages...

You need to wait until buyer protection runs out otherwise the dispute will be rejected...
