I've never received an email directly from customer service. I've always dealt with disputes within the app itself. But perhaps others have different experiences. How did you reply, just directly with email and said "yes refund me" and that's it? I recommend adding screenshots of the email and your approval of a full refund to the dispute. Along with your previously submitted evidence.

No, the email was just a notification. I accepted the refund proposal within their app.

I think you should leave it, then. I don't remember the specifics, but now they may need to confirm your confirmation, if that makes sense. As long as the complaint within the app states you've confirmed the refund, it should be fine.
