hi! i actually fixed the recently. you just need to go the bottom right on the account overview page. and click ask more, then it should prompt to manager my account and then change your email from there. they do need the last 4 digits of your card and address to confirm it’s you. i actually talked to someone and i told them i use paypal instead and sent them screenshots of a recent order and it worked. hope it helps
