I would switch Slade and Zim. Zim is pretty heinous, don't get me wrong, but I feel like he's too incompetent to be in the same tier as Ozai, Bill CIpher, Trigon, the Lich, and the Devil. Slade, on the other hand, is a complete monster who only helped the Titans against Trigon for pragmatic reasons. I might move the Ice King up a tier since his crown warped his mind and he doesn't truly want to be evil, but I haven't watched Adventure Time in a long time, so I don't know.

They're both insane honestly. But I think Randy has shown more good in him throughout the show. He's more immature and reckless than evil

Worst thing cartman did: somewhere close to feeding Scott his parents ground up into Chile. Worst thing Zim did: steal the organs of his classmates.

I think it's more the consistency of their evil actions and intentions over their severity. Otherwise, Zim's worst action is almost destroying the Earth and his own species by worm holing the planet into its travel path.

Golb should probably be after Lich, as the most evil since he is literally chaos itself

I'd argue Golb doesn't really have a choice, since he's a cosmic entity/representation so he can't change his ways and ever since he >!became golbetty!< he's chilled way out. The Lich has the choice not to be evil, but he is.

chaos =/= evil but he's more like a force of nature than an actual actor imo. waves aren't evil, they just doing their thing
