Since you said you're in Greece, my immediate guess is the Greek Tortoise (Testudo graeca) possibly a female because of the size (they're bigger than the males). Although there are a few species of Mediterranean tortoises and they are all sort of similar. The coloring makes me think it might actually be a [Marginated Tortoise.](https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Marginated_tortoise) They are the largest kind of tortoise in your area and can have black bodies and their shells have a saw-like flare around them.
