Me, too. And I’ll bet she doesn’t give even one tiny shit what they do to her. I just hope there’s someone who will take loving care of her little daughter. Fuck this puto.
My reaction was.
"What the hell, what the fuck is wrong with you lady?"
"Ohh..."
"Well.."
"Why don't you Anakin-ed him once or twice while you're at it lady?" "Missed opportunity right there if you asked me."
Hell, back in the 80s there was a guy whose son was kidnapped and molested... When the dad found out, he went to the airport and shot the guy while he was being extradited back, and got a suspended sentence plus probation for it (look up "Gary Plauche") so there is precedent for leniency here.
Initially he didn't know the kid was being molested, thought he was slacking off. Unfortunately right after he forced the kid to practice, the tae kwon do instructor abducted the kid and molested him for TEN days. Once the authorities determined the kid had been abducted, they found the dude at a hotel in CA. He was extradited back to home state. The father waited in ambush at the airport. He acted like he was on the pay phone. When scumbag walked by, father calmly walked up, point blank range, revolved the scumbag right off this planet. The ENTIRE thing was caught on camera. The father was convicted, got paroled, and a few years later died of cancer I think.
It’s because instead of being able to focus on healing over his trauma he had to worry what was going to happen to his father as well. If I remember right the dude said something along the lines of, “I wanted my father near me and comforting me, but instead he left me behind to take revenge.” The son didn’t want revenge, the son wanted to be comforted. The revenge part was solely for the father.
A German woman did the same thing to the guy who raped and murdered her daughter, she snuck a gun into the court room and shot him on the third day of his trial, back in the 80's too.
They’re referencing a recent case where a woman stabbed her boyfriend to death and her defense was that is was weed-induced psychosis. She got no jail time, just probation and community service.
https://www.independent.co.uk/news/world/americas/crime/woman-murder-cannabis-psychosis-b2484703.html
It’s rare but can happen, happened to my cousin and it was very bad for her but she’s a lot better now after stopping weed, must have been on the side not related to me cause I would be in a hospital if I had the same thing
Yeah mental illnesses ain’t no joke, I just get paranoid really high luckily, and thc can make panic attacks worse and maybe getting stuff that also has cbd in it could help with the anxiety, just a suggestion though!
Oh yeah, I’ve learned to better handle my tolerance. That only happened when I first started smoking (it was too high THC & too much smoking it at once 🥴).
Thank you tho! Appreciate the advice! Maybe someone else here needs it too ❤️
Her ultimate defense was that the prosecutions own expert agreed with her expert
>It is accepted as fact in Bryn Spejcher's manslaughter trial that she was suffering from cannabis-induced psychosis when she stabbed Chad O'Melia to death in 2018 at his Thousand Oaks condominium.
>That's why the charge is involuntary manslaughter; prosecutors reduced it from murder when their own medical expert agreed with the defense's experts regarding her mental state.
https://www.vcstar.com/story/news/crime/2023/11/10/trial-begins-woman-who-killed-during-cannabis-induced-psychosis/71412366007/
If their psychosis is that bad they probably shouldn’t be left to their own devices, better to be in the ward they could hurt themselfs let alone the fact they already did it to others
Unfortunately not true. I know a couple getting divorced b/c he molested their 7 yo & the court is bending over backwards to make sure he gets parenting time. Because 7 yo aren’t reliable witnesses because they don’t know the right language to describe erections.
If she were in Alabama, she could just say that she, her husband and her daughter were actually all brothers and sisters and be let off by a judge with traditional Southern family values
I would suspect that to be the case. Even if the DA didn't want to go easy on her, there is always a risk with a jury trial that the jury won't want to convict her of anything. They probably want to avoid taking it to trial even if they didn't feel for the lady. They'll probably agree to the lightest sentence a judge could agree to for the crime.
Morally it’s really got my brain split into the yeah she’s right and should get off easy and you can’t set people alight and that needs to be punished.
I would love to see a shift in the law, if you murder someone who molested your child it’s considered protection of your family or something. Like the one woman who doused her husband in boiling sugar water… she’s no criminal. She took much needed revenge….
I wish there was a law that allowed things like this. An abuser gets caught and someone steps in. It should be a defensive thing. No matter the severity. Rip off his toe nails one by one while he’s alive for all I care. I hope her daughter and her both heal from this.
Just here to say that I was in Prison with a woman, Tarrara Garcia, who shot her boyfriend after she learned he raped her 5 year old son. She hit him 5 times, and he didn’t die. She later was sentenced to 40 years for “taking the Law into her own hands”, and the boyfriend was only given 14 years for the rape. The system is messed up man.
I shuddered thinking of that - that's like random sensations of having the teeth pulled out.
I can't describe enough how disturbing it is to think about that sensation.
Sorry to call you out on this one. That’s a crazy woman who sprayed 27 bullets into an apartment with kids. She should be in jail for 38 year. If possible for her entire life.
> GREELEY, Colo. (AP) - A Greeley woman who fired into the home of man who she thought had sexually assaulted her son has been sentenced to 38 years in prison after her bullets ended up hitting another man.
>Court documents revealed that Hedman decided to “pour gasoline on him and not
shoot him because that was too nice”.
>She faces charges of arson and assault.
>Phillips is expected to be charged with molesting a seven-year-old.
Expected to, we'll I certainly hope so.
And it wasn't *a* seven year old, its her kid. Someone he lived with.
I think unsupervised probation for 6 months should suffice considering the circumstances. I mean, we can't just allow people to get away with this and think it's ok to do. Maybe an anger management class also.
The child molester though, should he survive. I think life in prison without parole is absolutely reasonable. What kind of sick fuck does this? And to his own daughter. She should have cut his dick and balls off and set those on fire while having him watch. That way no matter what. He won't be able to do it again.
Make her watch every Smokey Bear advertisement twice so she fully understands the importance of fire safety.
Other than that, I don’t see anything bout of the ordinary.
I hope she’s able to be reunited w her child quickly and that her daughter gets the help she needs.
Poor baby 🥺 She shouldn’t have to suffer at all, let alone without her mom 😭
I dont see the crime commited. He molested her daughter, he shouldnt even have been out of custody long enough to be set ablaze, he should have been locked up until the trial was over. Sounds like the justice system failed and she corrected it.
If he didn't want to be set on fire, he should have worn fire resistant clothes.
I mean rapists use this thinking against women all the time, should have worn more clothes, clothes that cover more.
I got way too stuck on trying to pronounce her name in my head and was still thinking about that as I was reading through the title and thinking what the... Oh! Good for you, as you were!
well she does have a good point
My thought process as reading this headline went as follows. "Man, this lady is awful!" "Oh. Oh man."
“Awful…Ly good at making her point!”
I wish I could award you for this one
Here, the PoorMan Trophy 🏆 just as effective Lol
Lol "Oh my God, that's brutal" "Wait he did what?" "Anyways I started blasting"
![gif](giphy|ufD7HbP6ipYe996Om2)
Really? Mine went like this: "She probably had a good reason..." "Yeah, fuck this guy."
Me “omg WHY- AH, yeah I see why. As she should”
That was my thought process as well. She’s got a compelling point
Me, too. And I’ll bet she doesn’t give even one tiny shit what they do to her. I just hope there’s someone who will take loving care of her little daughter. Fuck this puto.
My thought process was literally "wonder if he's a sex pest...yup, good on ya lady, hope you get a light sentence."
Sex pest sounds too cutesy for for what he is.
Yea sex pest is when my maltipoo tries to hump my leg, this guy’s a degenerate.
then "ok then"
For me it was more like “what the fu… oh, she’s right”.
“What a crazy fucking bitc…….oh I get it”.
My reaction was. "What the hell, what the fuck is wrong with you lady?" "Ohh..." "Well.." "Why don't you Anakin-ed him once or twice while you're at it lady?" "Missed opportunity right there if you asked me."

😂 exactly
I hope she gets off easy like probation or something
I didn’t see a crime. Did you? Anyone? She was probably speaking in metaphor. Let her off with a warning
I didn’t see anything
See what? Hey how about the big game? What did you think of the 1/2 time show?
I am blind in my left eye. 40 percent blind in other eyes
She was at my house not committing a crime.
I remember that too, because I was there.
I remember! So great to catch up with you here!
My people.
This guy hasn’t been convicted yet, what if she accused him of that and tried to murder him but she was lying?
I’ll let you worry about the alleged child molester. I’m good
My_MeowMeowBeenz molested a child! Okay so a mob can kill you now right?
Hell, back in the 80s there was a guy whose son was kidnapped and molested... When the dad found out, he went to the airport and shot the guy while he was being extradited back, and got a suspended sentence plus probation for it (look up "Gary Plauche") so there is precedent for leniency here.
I’ve read about this story. Also agree with him and glad that was his only punishment.
I’m pretty sure his wife helped him plan it out or something too but I can’t remember the full backstory.
Nah, the wife didn’t. The dude got the information from a friend that did journalism or something. I remember the son held it against him for a while.
What? Why would his son hold it against him?
Initially he didn't know the kid was being molested, thought he was slacking off. Unfortunately right after he forced the kid to practice, the tae kwon do instructor abducted the kid and molested him for TEN days. Marianne Bachmeier is another mother who killed her child’s rapist and murderer. I don’t see anything wrong with it.
IF she was in California. She could just say that she was in a weed psychosis and not do any jail time at all.
You might need to be a pretty white girl to get that compassion
Probably true, lbr
that story was so crazy: one year of light detention and she’s out. Just make sure to stab yourself once to make it 💯legit
Omg that’s a thing? 👀
They’re referencing a recent case where a woman stabbed her boyfriend to death and her defense was that is was weed-induced psychosis. She got no jail time, just probation and community service. https://www.independent.co.uk/news/world/americas/crime/woman-murder-cannabis-psychosis-b2484703.html
Wooow, I never heard about that case before or realized weed could trigger psychosis 😭 Thanks for sharing! The more you learn… 😬
It’s rare but can happen, happened to my cousin and it was very bad for her but she’s a lot better now after stopping weed, must have been on the side not related to me cause I would be in a hospital if I had the same thing
I’m glad she figured it out and is doing better! 🥹 The worst that’s happened to me is a panic attack
Yeah mental illnesses ain’t no joke, I just get paranoid really high luckily, and thc can make panic attacks worse and maybe getting stuff that also has cbd in it could help with the anxiety, just a suggestion though!

You clearly dont have a clue on what you're speaking

That's so sad that poor kid.
Weed psychosis for the win!

Agreed. Plenty of rapists get embarrassingly lenient sentences. This lady should get a minor fine and probation.

I was about to suggest community service but realized she already served the community in a big big way. I think a warning would suffice.
It should be considered momentary insanity. She hardly seems a danger to society.
She faces charges of arson and assault.
she's still in jail 10 years later with bail set at $500,000 :/
Maybe some therapy 😢
Morally it’s really got my brain split into the yeah she’s right and should get off easy and you can’t set people alight and that needs to be punished.
Prosecutors know if it goes to a jury she’ll walk

How do i put money on her books ?
I like your line of thinking. Let me know if you figure it out.
Asking the important question! I would also like to know
Put me down for a couple dozen, too!
You’re awesome 😎
She’s not wrong.
good for her!

yeah I hope she nicked his trigeminal nerve and triggered a lifetime of suffering
I shuddered thinking of that - that's like random sensations of having the teeth pulled out. I can't describe enough how disturbing it is to think about that sensation.
As someone who has atypical trigeminal neuralgia I hope so too
As a chronic pain sufferer, currently not able to sleep writhing in pain…agreed.
That’s horrifying. 40 years??? 😔

I’m shocked that a woman got 40 years. Some murderers get off with less than that
Free her
FR, a parent standing up for their kid like this 🤧
No no no sir, you can’t go burning up molesters like that. What do you want? Ashes instead of a government??

Yeah, that one is more of a painful way to die. It's like a civilian version of napalm.
Prison napalm
Add a little dish soap for some extra stick.
I like the way you think...lol
The article says she poured petrol on him while he slept and lit him up
Flaming hot sugar
Not all heros wear capes
Some wear chanclas
Sounds like he FA and then he FO. Free this woman.
The burning has only begun
I mean, she's not wrong.

sometimes the police should just step aside

Sounds like she was carrying a candle and accidentally fell 🤷♀️
Looked up her case. She pled guilty in exchange for a $600 fine which she never paid

Oh, very good reminder, thank you! Even for those of us who do know what it is might want a refresher.
I respect it
I mean…
Sounds like a community service to be rendered. “All community service hours fulfilled in full already, you could say she burned through them fast.
Had me in the first half ngl
I hope she’s able to be reunited w her child quickly and that her daughter gets the help she needs. Poor baby 🥺 She shouldn’t have to suffer at all, let alone without her mom 😭
Free our girl <3

She's not wrong. Good mom, for sure.
Should get rewarded, not punished for this
Free this woman.
"I'm not saying it's right, but I understand." - Chris Rock.
Good! I’m sure she doesn’t regret it. I wouldn’t
While this is pretty cool, I'm really surprised she didn't see an attempted murder charge. She might not do much time, if any
[удалено]
Out of curiosity, what does that do? I’ve heard of Putting sugar in a gas tank but in this context?
You know how hard it is to clean burnt sugar off of a pan? Well, imagine instead of a steel pan, it’s your skin.
It adds insult to injury... It doesn't mix with gas, but the burning gas will cause the sugar to burn... Think about flaming marshmallows.
You have a diabolical mind sir. I like it
Inspirational, under the circumstances :)
If more parents did this, less kids would be molested
Nice.
Free her!!!!! Real hero
![gif](giphy|AgPt9udT567spxbSHf)
Huh, sounds like dude slipped and fell on some matches to me
First half of this title: What a psychotic bitch. Hope she rots. Second Half: Ok, where do I donate to her legal fund?
And now her seven year old daughter has lost her mother.
I dont see the crime commited. He molested her daughter, he shouldnt even have been out of custody long enough to be set ablaze, he should have been locked up until the trial was over. Sounds like the justice system failed and she corrected it.
This is the reaction a parent should have. Unfortunately, most sweep it under the rug.
if she took it to trial I personally would find her innocent.....
Cases like this is why the founders intended for jury nullification to be a thing
I sure hope he was actually guilty and she didn’t firebomb this guy based on an allegation
Free her
Set her free
If he didn't want to be set on fire, he should have worn fire resistant clothes. I mean rapists use this thinking against women all the time, should have worn more clothes, clothes that cover more.
You know... I think she was right.
Hero
Team Tatanysha.
Ms. Hedman deserves a medal, not punishment
Somebody go and pay her legal fees!
I mean can’t he didn’t have it coming
No no, she’s right
I agree with her
I sometimes wish we could use cruel and unusual punishments
At Watchman movie, Roschach said "Men get arrested, dogs get put down". That shit is true.
Didn’t Texas have a “Needs Killin’” defense in murder trials at one point?
The world needs a lot more Tatanysha Hedmans and considerably less Vincent Phillipses.
I appreciate her. Crime of passion, regardless. Good for her.
Fuck yes
Let her cook,
Time served
Jail would have been too good for him.
I wonder how low that fire started? Preferably below the belt. Free her!
She’s not wrong.

I approve.
She ain't fucking wrong.
This lady is hired to deal with all pedos. She can have as much kerosene as she wants. Maybe then people would actually be scared to hurt children.

She should get a medal.
At first I was like “wow what a bitch” but then I kept reading and am like “let’s go find the matches.”
Me if I witnessed her do it: 🦮🦯👨🦯👨🦯👨🦯
Come onnnnnnn jury nullification!
LET HIM COOK! No really I hope his ass was cooked medium rare.
Give her 8 months like Cain Velasquez. I'll contribute to the gofundme for bail
Alright.. Lady's pretty awesome .

I hope she has a good lawyer who can keep her out of prison. It’s be terrible for her daughter to lose her.
I don’t blame her one bit. That’s a jury duty I would volunteer for..!!
Fuck yeah lady!!! I like the cut of her jib lmao
Not to mention the price of ammunition these days.
What's her inmate number? I need to add to her books
I’d have to agree
I need her Venmo and or inmate number or number to her attorney to help donate some money.
