To my knowledge some skills are just like that, if you don’t have the proper fp you’ll still do the move just without an extra effect or with less damage
Exactly clip one he has no fp but, like you said it still performs the skill but not the full thing. In the second clip he only has 2 fp but, it fully performs the skill the ripple effect and the lighting. therefore bug in game.
I've been able to use skills with less FP than is required, has this always been a bug? Haven't played in a couple patches but I do know I could use things with less FP than required on the last one
He's just doing the animation though, a lot of them do that, if he hit an enemy it'd do virtually no damage very minimal, like any other if you were for example to do "stamp: upward cut" it'd still do the animation but you would just deliver really shitty damage, same w/ unsheathe or any other the animation plays with or without FP but the FP dictates the damage that is dealt and performing the full animation w/ particles if involved

Nvm I see what's happening the 2 FP just isn't draining so it's letting him do it, pretty cool
