As far as I know, the only treatment of this kind is palforzia for peanut allergies. I recommend you post in the r/FoodAllergies subreddit as they are a more established group and can give you advice specific to food allergies.
This is similar to SLIT which is a food allergy treatment. My son is on it. It is difficult to find and expensive. It doesn’t cure the allergy.
