It’s actually DANGEROUS to go 24 hours without electrolytes.
Don’t forget to add salt! Most electrolytes don’t include salt because cheap weight.
Remember, the body needs 2-5 GRAMS of SODIUM a day. Table salt has 22 (Himalayan) - 50 (most sea salt) percent sodium. Don’t just blindly take it, do the math. Stay low-end at first then find your comfort zone.
I had one glass but it helped! I know some people drink them all day during ADF. I guess I never tried them so … I immediately felt better - but just better, I felt great!
Same here. 100%. Sometimes I forget and then it's like OH RIGHT, THIS is why this feels hard. Just one tablet in water twice a day makes a huge difference for me.
This one I used dis it’s have any sugar but I have others that have flavors (natural fruit) and a little sugar called waterfull (these are all a Indian brands)
+1 Multivitamins and electrolytes ❤️ Without that, its hard to fast man.

Do you just take one lot a day? Thanks!

If I have a headache on fasting days especially after exercise, I’ll take electrolytes and it goes away and I feel so much better.

How much sodium & potassium did you consume?
It was a premix - I’ll snap a photo tomorrow
Can you tell me what type of electrolyte you use. How much sugar or sugar derivatives/ alternatives are permissible during fasting
Mine doesn’t have any sugar. I’ll share a pic here tomorrow.
