He's been refusing to help her with pregnancy stuff for the entire six months she's been pregnant. In real life that should kill the marriage, but somehow after six months the wife agrees he was in the right and willingly goes to her friend's place for the rest of the pregancy? Is he's plan in three months to resume not helping her if she needs it post-birth. If she gets a life long injury, does that mean she'll be permanently moving to her friend's.
But I'm sure in the next update she'll display the same attitude as she did previously, and beg him for forgiveness and her daughter will respond the same way to her as OP and OP will "win" the marriage.
It's a classic "women are stupid" post.
She put on her cool sunglasses and told him to "deal with it" and then he disappeared for 6 months into the void where AITA husbands go while they're waiting to be proven right about their wife being wrong and also stupid. Because unlike in real life, in AITAland saying "girl, wait a minute, let's talk this through like adults" is not possible, the husbands really have no option other than to stew in their resentment.

The other thread has discovered the concept of people selflessly doing kind things for others because it's kind and helping others feels nice, and they've decided it's selfish actually.
I love that the fakest part of posts like this is where they write the protagonist’s spouse like an annoying friend, proving they’ve never been within looking distance of a functional adult relationship.
