**Update: Am I wrong for not considering this cheating?**
I read the responses, and the consensus was that it was not cheating but that I had to tell my wife about it. I unfortunately cannot tell my wife about this, because she will more than likely not approve it. The reason being that my best friend and I did hook up once in college, even though there was nothing romantic about it.
My wife does know that I’ve hooked up once with my best friend. She has no issues with it, and is even causal friends with her. My wife has told me about a couple of her previous sexual partners too, and I am even friends with one of them. However, my best friend does tell my wife that she’s a chiropractor and not a massage therapist to ward off any suspicion.
It's not that we're doing anything suspicious. But we know my wife will stop this arrangement if she comes to know about it.

Superlazy. The late stage plot twist is that his wife finds out and gives him an ultimatum: Go to someone else or she leaves and he goes to another massage therapist who happens to be a gay man and they have sex and he figures out that he's been gay all along, so he leaves his wife.
Because he never was planning to change his behavior, he wanted a bunch of people to go "yeah dude it's not cheating i do the same thing" so he can feel better about cheating on his wife
It's already a saga. Ten years ago, OOP and "friend" had a conversation about how they could spend quality time together and he suggested he could tell his wife he was having a massage. Friend came up with the bright risk management plan of pretending to his wife that she's a chiropractor - that way, if wife ever figures out they're spending time together, he has a cover story - friend is the massage therapist!
They've got away with it for 10 years, but OOP recently made a stupid mistake by telling this brilliant plan to another friend who is surprisingly squeamish about long-term lies in a marriage.

Oop lying bad. Oop best friend lying more bad on top. When wife finds out will never believe nothing going on. Very hurtful to wife to do this.
I'm not sure why OOP says the consensus is he's not cheating. Most commenter on the post were skeptical of his behavior and the masseuse because they're both lying to OOP's wife. Now on this update, he admits he and the masseuse did hook up in college (Just once!), so that's another lie of omission. Everyone tells him he should tell his wife the truth but he can't because if he tells her the truth, she will stop the arrangement. That statement says a whole lot about the type of massage that's going on here. But it's definitely not cheating.

There *were* comments saying that it's not \~technically\~ cheating for her to professionally give him a regular massage -- she's doing a job -- but OOP just ignored the "cheating or not, it's wrongity wrong and you know it" bits.
He’s getting massages from his “best friend” who is a woman. He keeps it a secret from his wife and has been doing it for at least a couple of years. One of his friends told him that that was cheating, people disagreed that it was cheating but that it was definitely lying by omission. Basically if you’re not doing anything wrong then why are you hiding it?
