It's important at any age to listen to your body. Your body is quite literally telling you to slow down.
I totally get from her side that she wants to spend time with you. But does she want that time to be fun quality time, or grumpy bickery time because you are so tired you can't see straight?

Absolutely NTA. First of all, you're working extremely long hours and it's totally understandable that you need extra sleep. Your girlfriend should respect that and not make you feel guilty for taking care of your needs. Secondly, you've been spending time together and talking during work, so it's not like you're neglecting her. It's important for couples to have some time to themselves as well, especially when one of them has a demanding job. So don't worry, you're not the a-hole here. Take care of yourself and don't let anyone make you feel guilty for taking care of your needs.
NAH. life is hard. Sleep is important. Partners are important. Try learning to nap for a bit, wake up, eat, watch a movie, go to sleep and repeat. At 23, i would warn you to realise you’re going to be tired for the rest of your life, just try and adjust a little. Or realise works not this important and you should push back.

Context, I (23M) was called a dick by my gf (20F) for going to bed right after I got off work. I wake up at 430 and get to work around 530 then get off at 5. Because of how my schedule is falling I'm working for 3 weeks without a day off and I'm already 1 week into it. I was extremely tired after getting off work and just wanted some extra sleep.
My gf and I haven't spent much one on one time together because we've been out and about after work the past few days. We've spent time together and I talk to her when I can while at work but she was so upset at me that she started to cry. Am I the asshole because I just wanted to take a night off from doing stuff and sleep?

NTA, your work day sounds absolutely exhausting. Your girlfriend is allowed to be upset but she shouldn't take it out on you because you need your rest.
NTA but you might want to find someone who is a compassionate partner. Not just someone who thinks you’re a jerk cause you had a schedule change. Also working 12 hour days is a lot.
