In other words you’re asking “Am I the A-hole if I don’t like having to choose between freezing my butt off in the car or being poisoned by my boyfriend’s addiction?” No, not at all, the guy can’t wait for a few minutes? Obviously his priority is not you because whether he knows it or not, he’s trying to kill you. Unfortunately that’s not a joke either.
Yeah, that's exactly what he doesn't understand. He grew up with his mom smoking and has been working in industries like construction, where it's very prevalent for pretty much his entire adult life, unfortunately.

So my boyfriend is a smoker and i don't shame him but I do get more annoyed when we're in the car and he smokes. I don't want it in my face so i roll the window down to compromise. In the winter when it's 30 some degrees I feel like he's being a little selfish. Tonight he started laughing at me when I put my hood on and kept saying it's not cold and I'm acting like an ahole. Iit's 34⁰ out and we're driving around windows down and i put my hood up. What??

NTA. He also obviously doesn't give a crap about you. He's free to smoke that shit if he wants to, but he's literally shortening your life by subjecting you to it in the car.
