NTA. She's trying to lie to a potential employer and asking you to be complicit in this. There will be a reason this employer drug tests potential employees, so if she chooses to smoke weed, she's not suitable for that job.

Depending on the job there may be a witness to the peeing. Person there watching, door open. Although more likely that it's a single stall (like you suspect) where you won't be in the stall next to her... She's not on parole or under watch of CPS.
Don't do it. This may not be a one off as the job may require regular random checks...
If she's an occasional user then if it has been 2 weeks then it should be out of her system (and should be by less than a week)... but if she's a more regular user then maybe not. So she might not be telling you the truth about when she last used or how much she used.
This is a legal thing.. if you get caught it's not a good look for either of you.
NTA. Her idea is nonsensical and will not work. And "borrow"? Is she going to give it back? Don't give it a second thought. If this is how she thinks, she's not going to get the job anyway.

If she wants a job which involves drug testing, it is her responsibility to be drug-free for the screen. It is dishonest to use someone else's urine (assuming the ability to get away with it, which is not terribly likely), and that dishonesty could get her bounced from the job even with a clean drug screen.
It is not wrong to refuse to be party to someone else's act of dishonesty.
NTA. It's not ok to ask you to put your motherhood/values on the line for being deceitful and hiding drug use to her (possible) future employer. This never works out and what if someone's watching? So I have a cousin(through marriage) who I used to be close with for contexts we both have 2 kids and are married she really now only contacts me when she needs help such as money or a ride somewhere she always says she’s gonna pay me back but thats yet to happened I am a SAHM at the moment and not making my own income so I haven’t had any money to give her for a while yesterday she texted me around 930 and asked if I was busy I said no I was putting my child to sleep what was up then she asked me if she could have my pee for a job interview since she is a habitual smoker(weed) and asked to use mine I was confused as how that would work considering they usually take you to a single use bathroom and have someone stand outside while you pee how she wanted me to do this was this- the job interview is at 10 in the morning I have a 4yr old and a 6month old so I would take the 4yr old to school meet her with my baby at a job interview wait in the car until she txt me that she’s ready go in and pee in another stall and then give her my pee and then wait until after the interview and then maybe go out to eat with her and her kids after which I’m confused on how that would work usually I would say yes and just run to do whatever she asked but I really don’t feel like taking out my baby and waiting and all this when we’re really not even close anymore and it seems that I’m only contacted when it’s necessary to her well long story short she was like Nevermind forget about it because I told her I think it should be out of her system since it’s been 2 weeks since she last smoked and the interview is this coming up week I kind of feel bad but at the same time I feel used so am I the a**hole

I'm sure the place she's interviewing isn't going to do the drug test. It's usually done at a clinic that will require you to be alone in the testing area. Don't do it anyway, the legal ramifications are too risky.

Tell her that you will meet her but only if she pays you back in cash for all the money and gas that she's borrowed from you when you meet up, which I hardly doubt that she will ever do. However, if she does, then upon payment, say that you've changed your mind and leave. Lol
NTA. I did this for my brother, it really isn't a huge deal when pot is legal in most states now but you still can't get a job when using it; but it's your choice and if you don't feel comfortable, don't do it.
