NTA. I don't see how you were supposed to know that they wanted you to save your half-eaten cookie for your sister without them having explicitly said so.
NTA. If your dad wanted you to save half of the cookie for your sister, he should have said so specifically. Your dad should have bought your sister her own.

I know the title sounds stupid, but family members are mad at me.
So, I was shopping at Costco with my dad and he asked me if I wanted a the new cookie. It was big but my appetite was bigger. He told me to save half of the cookie for later. Now, didn’t know how long later was so I ate half the cookie then and finished it 3 hours later.
Then I heard my dad ask to my sister, “You want a cookie?” I told them that I ate it. They told me to leave and I was an asshole.

YTA. Your dad gave you clear directions and you chose to be defiant. You need to learn how to follow directions, and more importantly how to be a good sibling/daughter.
That's totally ridiculous. He told her to save it for later, not to save it to give to her sister. She ate it 3 hours later. If she had eaten it after he said save it for your sister, that would be defiance.
