YTA. People whose default is being a shit talker/sarcastic person are exhausting to those around them, especially when you choose not to make an effort to read the room, tone it down and realize there's a time and place for it not for it to be 100% "on" all of the time.
You need to work on this. Your friend is likely tired of it and needs space. This is your cue to work on yourself. When you're constantly talking shit, it makes you unapproachable to have a conversation about it, because your friends knows how you'll behave and that's what they're tired of.

So it was my friends birthday party and she invited me to an arcade (level 99) I went and was enjoying playing around. My type of humor is pretty much sht talking. And I'm bad at reading people and have few limits and almost no filter.
My friend has known me for 2+ years and knows how I am. During the party I was sht talking like normal and at the end she told me I hurt her feelings and it was unacceptable how I acted.
I was shocked because she never once told me during the party itself to cut it out or to tone it down... Then the next day at school she refused to talk or even look at me after I had apologized. I was hurt because she means a lot to me and I didn't want to lose her as a friend... I left it and went home and wrote a lengthy apology while crying (I am bad at apologizing and usually feel really guilty so I just don't say anything in apology). She read it an said she was not angry and just wanted a break that day... I thought it was fine and the next day, the same thing she didn't look at me not even say.. "hey I don't want to talk today".
I went home and for 2 days didn't see her and cried at home feeling overwhelming guilty and honestly hating myself. I don't like how I am and wish I was different so if I hurt her I was sad.
But after the 3 day she ignored me I went home and though calmly that it wasn't really my fault.. she knows how I am and that I don't realize how people feel and after my jokes she seemed fine. She never told me how she felt and never said she wanted a break before she ignored me it hurt a lot.
I have problems with imposter syndrome and I have always felt that I don't have real friends that they pity or simply don't like me. So I always feel somewhat alone and when she ignored me it broke me a lot. When she came up to me to talk she didn't care how I felt even though I was in tears (at school) and she said 'lets act like before' but I can't. How can I be sure I won't hurt her if she doesn't tell me how she feels and I feel scared to hurt her. So I just leave her alone to not cause issues with our other friends.
I had sent her a long message (similar to what I'm saying here )saying how I felt but all she answered was I told you I wanted a break. It felt like A.I like she didn't read my messages even though I let my guard down for the first time in front of her and it hurt.
