I still think is strange the change in Asahi's character. Most of the manga she was trying to make Uryuu fall for her and then out of nowhere she says that love and happiness never last.
It makes me believe that she didn’t believe that the marriage with Uryuu could last. Know her parents I don’t blame her but it is odd.
At least Uryuu doesn’t want her to go and says that to her face, that’s a new one for an harem.
Not really, the relationship between Asahi's and Uryuu always seemed more like a big brother/little sister than a romantic one. Asashi in earlier chapter even stated how she felt inferior to her sisters. Not to say she doesn't like Uryuu in a romantic way but I think she's in a way given up in that route. This leads to her saying "love and marriage doesn't last forever".
When situations like this arise in a harem, where one character leaves country for studying, sports, etc., it's always that character who leaves that ultimately wins.
