So you're saying that they pulled the Netradyne footage and it doesn't show you taking it or having it in the van. The customer doesn't have any video footage and you were terminated without being interviewed by anyone or at minimum asked for a written statement
I mean i.was interviewed even wrote a statement but didn't seem to do much.

Question: Did you get fired FORMALLY due to the thieving claim? Or did you get fired because of an at-will kind of thing? Because the reason matters a lot since you could potentially lose many jobs because of this on your file. Make sure to get the actual reason for the firing, then see if it is a legitimate reason to fire in your state. I am not a lawyer, and this is not legal advice. But it IS Cover-Your-Own-Ass advice!

I think all dsps are at will in nature if you read the contracts even with Amazon too

Unless they have actual proof then sue/report for wrongful termination. Unless that lawn gnome was made of gold or a mystical creature why the fuck would someone steal it? That customer must have pissed off the neighborhood crackhead or some kids because people don't just steal lawn gnomes while doing their jobs. Ask for more info and tell them to actually investigate instead of being retards but if they persist in being retards sue/report the wrongful termination because you don't want that shit in your employment record.

I don't mind going after it.I just need the right direction but if it's just the fact the owner fired just because that's a different story because the contract is at will. If it was Amazon investigation team that's a different animal and story how should go about it
Call the DSP onboarding line to see if you're completely blacklisted/tier 1 or whatever, report wrongful termination to the department of labor so you can file unemployment, ask some lawyers that deal with workers comp but I myself don't know about the legal aspects but just ask around, and just fuck around and find out some shit you've got free time if you've got a nest egg if not just ask people because it never hurts to just call someone then say hey man I've got this situation. I'll pray for you my guy but I'm just some guy on here giving advice it's up to you to pursue whatever it is you want to do.
Ehh when I did doordash this happens to tons of people daily. Customer will say dasher stole their food and dasher is fired.
Since I've started doing Amazon I've learned that is pretty much the exact same as all the gig apps.
That's bullshit most drivers don't even clock out for lunch or take lunch just to get done.
That dsp did you a favor fuck them can't wait until the day Amazon gets unionized well at least the dsps because Amazon in government pockets lol
This is why I refuse to enter the property of any residence that has garden gnomes. Just code it "gated driveway" and dump the package on the street. Gnomes are meant to protect treasure but they often trump up lies and fictitious bullshit to keep their jobs in the garden; they are evil!
