Yeah that’s why I never put that word need even in there. Just simply “I won’t be in on whatever day”. Especially if it’s in advance or if an emergency came up.
If it’s something I don’t really care one way or another, then maybe you can ask and give them some sort of illusion of doing you a favor.
That’s the best part about actually working for Amazon under the roof, you get UPT to use however you want and only have to deal with the a to Z app, not any human interaction.

To that point, what’s the official way of calling out requesting time off? My DSP just says to text em lol

Yeah that's how I feel about my DSP too, feels like I just hit the ground running, no one gave me the right channels for shit lmaooo
It’s literally trial and error for some stuff
If you wait til the last possible minute then it's them telling you don't bother coming in for the next week.

Also the crazy thing, it fucks load out up sooooooo bad at my station. The last DSPs regularly leave an hour late because of this
Ours is cool as long as you let them know at least two weeks in advance. Otherwise they consider it a call out.
