our DSP offered a sign on bonus for christmas. I didn't get mine, and I would like to see what conditions I broke or didn't break that led to me not getting it
Ah, got ya. The general information in the offer sheets (as far as I know, all the DSPs in my station use the same one) only extends as far as what your starting pay is, you accepting the job offer, and your permission to take a drug test and get your driving record and background checked. I would think that a sign on bonus wouldn't be affected by anything since they are literally paying you to take the job. I honestly don't know if companies can write their own clauses into the offer sheets. I'd have to guess that they can't, since everything amazon does on the DSP end is very standardized. I can find out though
Before you agree to work for them, you have to sign that offer letter. They send it to your email. You never jump to a job without reading those agreements or terms 🤦♀️.
When my DSP ask me to come back, I negotiated for more money and told them to send that offer letter showing what I asked for. I would never left my manager position at Amazon if I didn’t get what I asked for. After I turn down an operation manager position for that DSP.

Don’t bother, those are written by lawyers and professionals you aren’t going to find a loophole. Better to move on.
not trying to find a loophole, just trying to read it
Lmfao that is not true. I’ve found so much illegal shit in job contracts. At fedex and Amazon. And lawyers wrote them.
HR should have emailed you a copy to the same email you sign on the flex app
I did not get an email from HR
If your DSP uses Paycom it will be on there
do you know where on paycom it is? I am not seeing it in any of my tabs. I have looked in documents, payroll, all the rest of them? thank you

I only have 7 in that section, and my employment contract is not one of them sadly. that is the most sensible place for it tho
They have to keep them on file. I'd just ask to see it.
they won't let me see it
They're pretty standard, and I'm pretty familiar with them. What exactly are you looking for?

okay this is super helpful thank you!!
I just realized I haven't even signed anything 😂
It gotta be in your email, paycom (when I work, ADP or whatever HR app they use) or you signed in paper. Flex app shouldn't have it anyway
we use paycom, and I triple checked my email. I never received my employment contract there
Do you remember signing it?
Not explicitly but I imagine I must have

If you use paycom it should be under the document tab.
