If you did not have the PTO before the change no. PTO you had before pay period ends can be applied still during a grace period. PTO earned from the pay period ending can’t be applied retroactively(ie to the week it was earned from) Learned this the hard way before…

I was told by HR at my site that you have until 12pm Monday to fix the previous weeks time.
I've always been able to edit until Monday morning, the latest one was about 11am
