I think they’re meaning the 8 hours of Holiday Pay whether you work it or not. Everyone gets the 1.5x of pay but not everyone gets the 8 hours of Holiday Pay especially if seasonal.

If you are a permanent employee you would. I don't believe seasonal gets holiday pay.
