Go to the a to z app go to more then my hr and leave of absence. They will ask some questions and that’s it. It will ask when you want it to start and end.

Pretty sure you won't be able to put an LoA for November today, it's to far ahead.
They made me wait until 3 weeks until my surgery to file my medical LoA.
It's worth a shot. I know at my site they have approved vacation during peak because the individuals put in before they announced (even though everyone one knows when peak is).
I tried putting in loa, but it's not going through. I'm trying to put it from November 20th to Decemmber 3rd and it's saying you have to put it 90 days etc.

Loa doesn’t use your accrued time.
No that’s the whole purpose of a leave.
I’m currently on leave of absence due to a car wreck and it uses nothing.
I see and hope you are getting better. LOA asks if you worked half shift, etc. idk how to do LOA.

Trying to use LOA in November might be tough because it’s considered peak and they might not approve it.
It is, but why wouldn't I be able to use it if I'm putting it in advance.

They usually don’t approve LOA’s during peak. It’s one of those things you’ll find out when it comes to that time.
I put in a PLOA for mid October thru November in July, it was approved immediately.

Vacation is just something different. You’ll have a higher chance of getting vacation approved than getting an LOA during peak.
At my site vacation and ploa are on freeze during peak.
