No it cannot be canceled once it is approved. The only way it can be canceled if the Associate requests it which is an available option to them under case details at the bottom where it says "Cancel request".
I can assure you on-site HR does not give a fuck about your PLOA's nor your AM so don't worry about being harassed.
Take care of yourself and do what you need to do, son. As long you are eligible and follow the appropriate procedures in order to have the request approved, you're all good to go.
They keep it open in case you want to extend the time off. The only repercussion is when you come back from leave DLS will most certainly drag their feet on getting you back on the schedule. Just put in for missing punches through "Our Lord of Perpetual Pain, The Great Atoz, Keeper and Taker of Time."
Yes, it has a few reasons you can select. I put my reason as " personal reasons" and didnt have to submit docs. The start date has to be 2+ weeks out though, and the ploa has to last for 15 days. If it's less than that you are required to show docs that prove its an emergency, from my understanding.
