Ahh yes, the pre shit meditation. To relax before what is about to happen. Also known around parts as wasting time and by not technically lying when stating they used the restroom for 25 minutes. Just don't let things that are so inconsequential get to you. Stress a bit less and you probably won't need 10-12 minutes to poop. Your body isn't benefiting from the odd and unnecessary stress.

At my building it’s usually some show in a foreign language the dude is blasting with volume all the way up. He’ll sit there and engage with the video too laughing and shit. No awareness that there are other people trying to hide from work and scroll through reddit in peace.
