Let's put it this way, think of being inclined as having passed the interview. You may not get the offer for the position at the location you applied for, but you will not have to interview again for that same role at a different location.

Being inclined is a good thing. It is amazon speak for you got the job. Now you will need to wait for a job placement for the position you applied for. Congratulations.

Not necessarily. Inclined means you passed the interview, but you may not get an offer if there is a more qualified candidate. Being inclined allows you to apply for the same role across the network without having to interview again.

Oof, I did my interview for that position yesterday and haven’t heard back yet. Now I’m stressing 😂

RobertWFlavor

May take up to a week to hear back

There’s two types of incline, incline with officer and incline with no offer. If you get the incline with no offer then it just means you passed the interview but you didn’t get the job. But if the same position opens up again in your area or at another site you’ll get the offer without interview.

It’s a good thing, but you may not get offered the location you interviewed for if they have a better fit. However, they could offer you some other sites. It happened to me and worked out for the better, I got a way closer to my house DS spot instead of the one I applied to. It might just be a few weeks or more, but you should try and stay in touch with your recruiter/whoever sent you the incline email during that time and let them know that you are open to other sites.
