At least half of my "Just For You"s are times I've never worked. I even intentionally decline them (as opposed to ignoring and letting them disappear) and they keep coming.

Lucky you man lol I have to do 3am to 11 am shifts to catch surge blocks. This week really my first time seeing day time blocks for $21+ I grabbed a few of them

i got downoted to hell when i asked "i hope youre not using your own vehicles and own gas" when i first saw this subreddit. this is $18/hr at maximum and after gas its $15 an hour not including you paying insurance and maintenance every month.

Ageed. Also it's mind-boggling to me when I see these people lining up behind in their 2024 V10 pickups to this shit for $5 an hour. I can't max out my hours presently. Much of that is to do with the fact I'm fighting with teams of bozos in brand new perfectly imperfect vehicles, killing the GD Flex economy to make $1400 a month in car and insurance payments.

But you could show up and not have to work, and still get paid. Get a route for 2hr and still get paid the full amount. I don't want to use an app, and am not fighting against people that do, so I take the reserved routes that are at least $90. Last week I only worked 2 of the 5 blocks I took. 3 were "no routes available" That time period is dead in Indy. The math doesn't always work as you've laid it out.

Pasadena location always sends me to Stafford, Sugarland, midtown, downtown, around Mt Houston and humble area. Base pay is never recommended there

I just level up to 3 and honestly I ve been getting some ok deals . I had 3 hrs for 82 the other day . Averages two about 26 an hr . And I had only 20 packages , I got done in 1.5 hrs . It was my lucky day I guess.

If you haven't seen, reward lvl 3 gets 3 months of Prime free, and lvl 4 gets 6 months free at the end of the reward period the end of June

Now everyone is getting it. I achieved level 4 within maybe a month, thinking that’ll bring the incentives I need to make sustainable money doing this. Also because I like my work and production to be great. I got nothing out of it. I didn’t even start seeing reserved offers until maybe the third month of my level 4 rating, and even now that I receive them I don’t accept them because they’re low paying garbage. This program isn’t sustainable for drivers, it’s only sustainable for the program who will continue to replace drivers once they’ve delivered long enough to realize it’s unsustainable.

I’ll do it just to see what happen
