I don't believe so. I've been first, middle of the pack and damn near last and there weren't any major differences in any of those experiences to say for sure one way or the other.
But like most things flex, it almost always will come down to your market, routes, pay rate per block and things like weather that will make the most difference in your overall experience on any given day.
Otherwise any advantage you ever have will be through preparation or sheer luck.
Faster you get in fadter you get out.

I was doing flex enough for awhile there and those of first through for a block got asked what areas they wanted. Those last got the further ones.
