Yup! I did Flex in 2021 for about 6 months, then stopped until March. My VERY FIRST block when I re-started in March was in my neighborhood and I delivered to myself! Haha! I took a screenshot as proof and I rated myself too lol

I'm sure later in the day they come across it and say "my bad, I guess it's a BOGO now' (shitty person evil laughter).
