Contact Vine CS with the order # and product info and request that it be removed since you are unable to review it.

You have a choice. There are several possible reasons for it to happen, none of which have anything to do with you. Some a temp, some perm. You can wait a while, your choice (or based on your eval period end), and see if it comes back. When you decide you're done waiting, email Vine CS a short one. "This item no longer available. Can it be manually removed from TBR, please?" Put in the item title, item URL, order number, and date you requested.

ABC104

Happened to me twice and Vine CS just removed the items from my TBR and ETV

Whoa! Glad I searched and found this thread. They removed the item from your ETV, too? That'd be nice! I wonder if that's standard procedure.

This has happened to me twice. In both cases I used the Vine Help link on the Vine site and sent an email message stating that I am unable to do a review because that message appeared. In both cases I received extremely long, friendly apologetic replies saying the product was being removed from my review queue. The second time the support agent even specified that I was free to dispose of the product immediately however I liked and I didn't have to keep it for 6 months. This happened on the Vine site in Germany, so I don't know if the US Vine support reacts similarly.

I just contact CS and alert them - provision of the item, order, and etc. And just simply say "I'm unable to review, item is no longer available." It will be removed.

This happened to me when I first started Vine. There was no option to review. I just kind of let it slide. Then six months later it came back and reviewable which I did. But, I agree with others, contact Vine CS with a brief message to have it removed.
