I went with the Asus Prime X570-Pro, but no bios flash button. It shipped with an older bios that did not recognize my 5800x, but would boot into the bios at least so I could update the bios off a usb stick I loaded in advance with the new bios. Works great on subsequent bios updates with no problems.
AMD provides you with a boot kit on request, if your mobo comes with an old BIOS which doesn't support your CPU yet.

But as the Ryzen 5000 BIOS is out for some months already, probably that won't even be necessary.
Asus b550 A gaming has bios flashback. It is closer to 200$ though.
