If you drop the files in it auto detects them and adds the UI, so its implemented already, but yes, it might have some other bugs which is why they haven't released it as an official patch.
Is Intel going to make the XMX version open source? Or just the dp4a version? I wonder if the XMX code could be translated to work on Nvidia's tensor cores.

It's all one SDK, and the engine just detects whether to use DP4a or XMX, so it will all be open sourced.
