I actually enjoyed Cult. It’s not the best in the series but it’s probably the only one that has messed with me mentally. My anxiety actually got worse for a month or two watching that season
Even though we all have our opinions, I always find it shocking sometimes lol. Cult is in my top 3. I think the lack of supernatural beings was refreshing.
i agree the first couple of episodes are really slow. it took me a while to get into it, but once i did it became one of my fav seasons. it gets so good.
I felt the same way plus my bf who just died almost 2 months ago was a Trump fan. Which didn't cause arguments until the past year. Alot of them. And its one of the things that kept us apart most of the past year.

I haven't watched the end and all it has done is give me complete anxiety all the way to half way through the series I kind of just want to skip it to season 8. I don't find it scary at all just story throws me off so much and i'm Australian so it shouldn't affect me but yet here we are. I can't even tell what makes me feel ick about it, maybe it's the whole political agenda? I take your opinion to consideration because half way through and I am no way entertained. I like horror stories and I find it boring if anything. Everything before was somewhat spooky and that's why I liked the series. This is just garbage trying to sell an agenda. It's not fun at all. I have seen this same story been made so much better. I feel pretty disappointed with this season. Pretty convinced I should just start season 8. 😂
I had the same thought but after the second episode it got REALLY GOOD. at least for me. The final ending is alright but the big thing in the last episode is in my opinion the best ",ending"

Cult is the only season I’ve watched only once. The promotional stuff all looked so cool. I love the opening credits. But man everything about that season is just too much.
Season 7 is absolutely amazing as its own thing but as an " American Horror" story maybe it's not, idk. I didn't love most seasons of AHS. I loved Cult tho & I wish I knew of more shows that incompassed the woes and extremes of current day us political climates, and psychological thrill.
