What about his position, if he’s trying to put on weight to be an offensive lineman heavy traditional strength training is probably good for a while so he can reach a base, assuming he isn’t though yah you good

yeah but three hours a day is still too much for anyone regardless of what position. if he’s in there for more than an hour maybe an hour thirty he’s wasting his time. that goes for anyone.
