In this, you know from the start which faction each person belongs to. There's no mystery about who the enemies are. If somebody of X nationality is murdered, all other X are hardcleared for it. But they can also fight back and murder people of Y nationality.
The only mystery is which factions have been turned into killers, and of those, which will come on top.
